Toasted Pecan Burger

A while back, I posted a recipe from Paula Dean for pecan burgers. At the time, they didn’t sound too appetizing to me. But after seeing this Toasted Pecan Burger video from Stubbs Legendary Kitchen, I think I might have had a change of heart.
This smoky, nutty burger looks pretty fantastic, and would be great for barbecues. Plus, there’s a bonus cooking tip hidden in the video! I never knew that making a thumbprint in burgers before you cook them will help them flatten out instead of cooking round. Thanks, Stubbs!
