Pecan Store March 16th, 2009

I came across this video (see below) about how to cook and get anyone to eat salmon. The answer: coat it in pecans and bake it! This video is actually pretty informative and it has a cute, homemade quality to it. I love the salmon information in the beginning and how he corrects the way he says “pecans.” This is definitely a must-try recipe for me.
